Ayurveda science works on the root of the matter with physical daily routines to develop prana, out from our energetic life-force. Prana energy, correctly initiated, can then be collected to support this distribution of (tejas) prana/chi to all our bodily systems; physical, energetic, emotional, mental & the spiritual body.
Ayurveda is the sister science of Yoga & meditation & works with our doshas to balance our digestion, to understand how we metabolize our lives through agni. Understanding our ability to nourish ourselves (ojas) .
