Shaluha-Ka A Personal Healing Ceremony

Healing with Shaluha Ka

Essentially all healing modalities are a correspondence between the receiver (client) and practitioner (giver). In order to receive any healing benefits from the therapy the client needs to permit the practitioner to support them in their self-healing process.

Shaluha -Ka in an ancient Egyptian healing modality that was channelled in the 1990’s to the foundress of Las Piramides del Ka in Guatemala. Traditionally apprenticed at this remote centre as a shamanic therapists, initiated practitioners, like myself, live there and connect with the Kabbalah, tree of life. The Kabbalah Tradition is an ancient wisdom explaining the creation of the world and 10 centres or spheres related to it. Whenever these energies are out of balance it upsets the essential serenity and can establish a lack of cohesion in our lives, Shaluha-Ka therefore recharges you, as you dissolve into a meditative state.

Shaluha-Ka = “Messages from spirit”. By calling on the clients spirit – the shamanic Advisor/Consultant becomes dedicated to healing, divining – work together to help the client experience deeper levels of conscious recognition and understanding of him/herself – in relation to the universe as well as to support the healing process. The treatment helps to balance, restore, relax and energize the body soul and mind for clarity.

Shaluha-Ka ceremony was said to assist with a variety of conditions and obtaining better clarity of one’s life purpose and where they need to be. All it takes is an open mind in the willingness to let the energy flow and let it take you where it needs to go for that particular session.

The treatment is a unique one, which can open the pathway to greater expansion of the mind and our spirituality creating a better sense of well-being, enlightenment, better clarity and focus of where you need to be for your life’s path.

By using a variety of therapies, including gentle massage, still-point induction, reflexology, crystals, aura cleansing and energy channeling the body is able to relax and creates a spacial sense of consciousness ,while the practitioner is able to help the client achieve the desired if fact.

The effect of practitioner and client working together helps the client experience a deeper level of awareness and understanding of themselves in the universe as well as support the healing process. The treatment restores balance to the body-soul and mind connection for greater clarity and intuition.

This form of therapy is unique, as one can open the pathway to greater expansion of the mind & our spirituality. The communication with spirit, prayer in the shamanic manner – creates the portal and potential transmission of the Message from the Spirit!

This healing starts with a brief medical history interview to find out what the symptoms, sensitivities, or treatment the client is/has undergone .

Then as the practitioner, I prepare myself, by silently observation of the client in a meditative state, by asking the guides and the patient’s allies to help them see what is needed in the healing. You will be asked to set an intention and then we will connect with the metaphysical and biological Tree of Life energy centres through the flow of massage & pressure points. The clearing , purification and protection of the energy within your self is held with sacred regard.

Depending on the information received the various approaches to the hands on modalities may be adjusted, as most problems come from dammed up flows of energy. Therefore the most common approach is restore circulation and movement of energy in the body. As practitioner, we become the conduit only, using the phases of the sessions, while working with the 4 elements (earth, wind, air, fire) .

This 90 minute or 120 minute session is where we will work together in your personal healing journey. Cost from: $90-105

Renewal, Goals & Fulfillment to Gratitude

The World 2021
What is your point of view?

Ah yes, the New Year – 2021 bringing some of us more time to reflect on having a ‘new’ outlook, then we imagined. It’s a time of year when some of us decide to set goals, or not?

Most winters, the months of January, February & March can provide excellent opportunities to cultivate stability & strength, for the health of our bodies & life.

In the system of yoga, we instruct our students to set a Sankalpa, for the practice. The Sanskrit word ‘Sankalp’ has been interpreted to mean “resolution” or “intention”. According to Swami Satyananda Saraswati, “sankalpa has the potential to release tremendous power by clearly defining & focusing on a chosen goal.”  The aim of Sankalpa is to set a heartfelt desire or intention from our innermost sincere resource.

Goals defined are: “the result or achievement toward which effort is directed…”

Although we aim to set our personal goals & with some effort can often be achieved – then what do we do?  In fact, too much effort does not create much balance at all!

Now, let’s reflect on the idea of seeking fulfillment instead, as a sense of renewal.   The state of the of fulfilling: “is to witness the fulfillment of a dream: to achieve fulfillment of one’s hopes; realization; completion. This is more in line with the explanation of a Sankalpa.

Making change can be easier once you learn to tap into your inner resources.  The journey to inner peace is inherently in you. All you need to know is you are already equipped with all the tools to reduce your stress … simply Let go & just Be. The results? Letting go helps to reduce anxiety & depression; creates a deeper sense of calm & relaxation. Being fulfilled increases positive emotions, toward a brighter outlook, per se. Fulfillment is said to stall aging, while increasing our creativity, and inspiring us to deepen our spiritual connection, of whom we truly are.

Renewal

The other side of the coin is to make no resolutions at all and to leave 2020 behind expressing empathy for yourself with deeper breaths several times a day & 5-20 minutes of silence, in recognition of all the efforts you’ve made last year.

The residue of this practice is healing to every system in your body.  Remember, language is our medicine, so choose your self talk with care and consideration.

Gratitude is not just a polite ‘thank you’. Gratitude is the thread (sutra) in the tapestry of life, connecting us deeply in relationship with all beings. Simultaneously, it nourishes a spark of hope within the physical & spiritual body.

Bring forth love Unity

In addition, gratitude creates a sense of belonging, as vital food for the soul. Gratitude produces a sense of abundance, knowing you are sufficiently supplied for. Taking only what we need – “less is more” & imparting to others, as giver, sincerely & generously in our giving.

Gratitude is like a boomerang, a kind of renewable currency or an economic gift to the world that comes back to you (karma). Once we launch out, the generosity has a wonderful way of multiplying with each exchange, whether material, in thought or in action. The energy of this exchange becomes robust passing from hand to hand & heart to heart.

Our ‘GIFT’ to the world – as member, makes us accountable to each other, happy & fulfilled. Realizing your contribution is a gift changes your relationship to the karmic cosmos, in a mysterious manner.

As a result we are all responsible for our contributions, as our gratitude has a considerable impact in the world. Just the act of gratitude & understanding fulfillment will likely steer you toward taking better care of the ‘gift’.  Rather than hording our assets, realize we are all stitched into the same tapestry of this world & its relationship to it.

There is power in ‘gift-thinking’ as well. During my day, I often forward love, healing and prosperity to all businesses & everyone I plan to encounter. Imagine if we acknowledged everything we consumes as the gift of Mother Earth? Wouldn’t we would take better care of what we are given. Mistreating any gift has both emotional & moralistic ripple / vibrations or weight to it.

We must lighten the load to keep us alive in our ‘economic relationships and not just those of goods & services. Our ‘systems of market economies’ are hardly good models of equilibrium. Anthropologists observed many past cultures, with different viewpoints on “how we provide for ourselves,” including gift economies.

Truth is, gift economies originate from the abundant gifts of the Earth, which are not owned and must be shared. Sharing generates goodwill and bonds to ensure an invitation to the feast when your neighbor is fortunate. The word reciprocate comes to mind….

Be Satisfied Until All Are United as One

These are critical times for the entire planet. The world, country & group situation is deemed very critical, demanding & fragile yes?

Facing up to the situation, there is no use being satisfied until there is real unity and understanding between all of you. I say, we should all be ‘Warriors of Small Things’ – authentic in everything we do in life. This warrior practice can help to see the extraordinary in the ordinary. This ties into the idea of the yogic philosophy called Bramacharya: moderation. With it we can grow in our discipline…. our self-study, and what it means to surrender as a peaceful warrior.

LIGHT OVER DARKNESS

Maha Lakshmi

Diwali is the Eastern celebration of Light to overcome darkness and to draw an increase of positive, life-supporting forces into our lives.

In the Spirit of this world renowned celebration, you are invited to light a candle or ghee lamp tonight or to leave a light on overnight, as we enter this New Moon.

By drawing in the Light, we honour the auspiciousness of the celebration, as well at inviting abundance, wellbeing & prosperity. Noting: all these are qualities from Lakshmi’s mantra SHRIM  – as one teacher has stated: “it is advised to your light candles, buy new clothes (fun), bring your offerings to Maha Lakshmi (flowers, pomegranates) eat sweets & affectionately enjoy the sweetness of an abundant life.”

In Eastern astrology, the scope of this New Moon weekend is in the lunar (Nakshatra) constellation of Vishaka, “a powerful agent of change, as an archway ”. “Vishaka is related to Shakti, a cosmic energetic principle. Know this – the lunar mansion can cause a jolt to any stagnant situation. This “shock” works to provoke a transformation.” ~P.A.

Ride the waves Yogins

Without a doubt…, and more than ever ~ what the world needs now ~ is as much luminosity & sparkle /Chamak it can rally, as we close 2020.

Remember, we now have less than 40 days until Winter Solstice – December 21, 2020 at 5:02 am EST. As we experience the sun’s light wane cold in our Northern hemisphere, shine your inner flame.

The Light of the Lotus of your Heart

For the coming cycle, meditate by gazing far into the light of the lotus of the hearts.

As any wise teachers would advise us ~ Be sure to keep inspired, draw on love, hope & keep your inner light kindled. This is especially important during these next few weeks of darkness. As I’m told, the cosmos is mixing up a pretty potent astrological stew with the upcoming eclipses.

Given this month anticipated & interesting shifts, it is my wish that your experience an abundance of light, much love and great health. May we know victory over darkness!

Om Shrim Maha Lakshmiye Namaha
